We deliver from LOD 200 through LOD 500 depending on your project stage and discipline. For design consultants we typically work LOD 200–350 aligned to RIBA stages. For contractors we work LOD 300–500 through to verified as-built models.
We work primarily in Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D. We deliver in RVT, IFC, DWG, and PDF formats. We can adopt your company templates, BIM Execution Plan standards, and naming conventions from day one.
We receive the federated model from your project team and coordinate our discipline model against structural, MEP, and other consultants — identifying and resolving clashes before your review stage.
